Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager at Flexperto you will be focused on shaping the future of our product. This position is focused on our enterprise DACH customers in insurance and financial services, and is fully responsible for delivering business value to them through new product developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and socialise the product roadmap for your product development team.
  • Work with Engineering teams to design and build new products.
  • Organise the team and keep them on track to meet goals.
  • Conduct user interviews and document your learnings.
  • Create product requirements, use cases, and user stories based on gathered insights.
  • Identify and prioritise new features and opportunities for your product area.
  • QA/UAT of new features as needed.
  • Work cross functionally with leaders of all departments.

What We’re Looking For

  • A native German speaker, with fluency in English.
  • Experience working in a startup environment in the B2B space.
  • Experience working with highly-regulated industries, such as insurance, financial services, or automotive.
  • Deeply technical. You can communicate technical concepts to non-technical people, and translate non-technical needs into engineering tasks.
  • An experienced project manager who can organise the team, manage a backlog, write stories, specs, and delegate when appropriate.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator.
  • Operate with a high level of ownership and attention to detail.
