Founded in 2012 in Germany, the Flexperto customer engagement solution has quickly gained acclaim from the banking and insurance industries in many European countries. The customers of the solution include the largest German insurance companies (W&W, HDI, DEVK, HUK-Coburg), more than twenty banks as well as large companies such as Deutsche Telekom.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In November 2021, the Flexperto customer engagement solution was deployed on the Italian market with remarkable success.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Easy to use from a smartphone, tablet or computer, the modular solution offers insurance or bank customers a fully digitalised end-to-end journey. This includes scheduling appointments with advisers \/ agents, holding digital meetings by videoconference and signing contracts electronically in complete security and in accordance with applicable compliance requirements.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Flexperto solution is the result of a 100% digital approach available in SaaS and of know-how acquired over the past few years in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and now in Italy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2019 (pre-Covid-19) remote advice via the Flexperto solution has continued to grow, recording a growth of almost 600% in 2020, a trend that is confirmed day by day.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
