Berlin, 6 February 2023 \u2013 <\/span>Flexperto, part of the leading European insurance software provider <\/span>RGI Group, announces changes in its leadership team, with Moritz Delbr\u00fcck joining the company and the appointment of Flexperto\u2019s founder and current CEO, Felix Anthonj to the Board of Advisors, both effective 1<\/span>st<\/span> of March 2023.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Founded by Felix Anthonj in 2012 and acquired by RGI Group in 2021, Flexperto has enabled millions of online sales interactions for hundreds of German enterprises \u2013 especially during the Covid pandemic. Flexperto empowers sales agents to grow revenues by providing them with an online meeting solution which is purpose-built for remote sales and service-use cases. During the last 10 years, Flexperto has become the German market leader for customer engagement, working with over 100 brands such as HUK-Coburg, DEVK, ADAC and MLP SE.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Moritz Delbr\u00fcck is an experienced digital entrepreneur who has supported many insurers in the conceptualization and implementation of new ventures. Besides his insurance expertise gained during his career as a management consultant at MSR and as entrepreneur within the ARAG Group for the Executive Board, he has also assisted and lead many successful start-ups from the development phase right up to the stage of scaling. He therefore brings extensive operational experience to the further expansion of Flexperto.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the next years, Flexperto will indeed concentrate on enabling sales and service agents to increase the outcome from online meetings. The focus will be improving the customer engagement value chain of the corporate clients and partners thanks to Artificial Intelligence, to drive both user experience and sales success.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
