If you are using the Flexperto Software, a contract for commissioned processing according to Art. 28 DSGVO is concluded between Flexperto GmbH and you. This contract is downloadable here. You are officialy entering into this contract, once you register for the Flexperto Software.

The following privacy policy applies to the use of the website flexperto.com (hereinafter website), operated by flexperto GmbH (hereinafter “we”, “us” or “our”).

We attach great importance to data protection. To this end, we make great efforts to ensure that our security measures are effective and that you retain control over your data. In addition, we take the confidentiality of the information you provide very seriously. We use this data to contact you. We will also send you further information about Flexperto’s services, such as information about our services, product announcements or other information, by e-mail at regular intervals. You have the possibility to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.

When registering and using our services

When signing up to use the Flexperto software, Flexperto will ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number and address.

The email address is used to send notifications to you with regards to important events within the software, such as appointment bookings from customers. In addition, we will send you further information about the Flexperto software such as announcements, information, instructions, etc. at regular intervals. You have the option to unsubscribe from our newsletter and the individual notifications (e.g. when customers book appointments or other information relevant to you) at any time.

 

2.3.    Information about the use of the Flexperto software

If you are logged in to Flexperto, the Flexperto server automatically records data about how you use Flexperto in a so-called activity log. Information about the activity (incl. used storage space, number of logins, etc.) as well as statistical data (such as browser, date and time of access, cookie ID and referrer URL) and your IP address are collected.

 

2.4.    Storage of cookies on your computer

For easy and convenient use of the website, Flexperto uses cookies. When you visit one of Flexperto.com’s websites, Flexperto’s servers send a cookie to your computer. Cookies are small text files that are usually stored on your computer for the duration of the current session, i.e. until you close your browser, but in some cases even longer. If you use the Flexperto software, the following information you enter will be publicly available: Your name, profile picture (optional), address (optional).

 

3.2. Legal requirements

If it serves to clarify illegal website use or is necessary for legal prosecution, personal data is forwarded to law enforcement authorities and, if necessary, to third parties, for example technological service providers for the evaluation of the data or service providers for legal discussion of the specific case. However, this only happens if there are concrete indications of unlawful or abusive behavior. A transfer may also take place if this serves the enforcement of terms of use or other agreements. We are also legally obligated to provide information to certain public bodies or authorities upon request.

 

3.3. Service providers and others

Our website uses Google Analytics to analyze and improve our platform based on your user behavior with cookies and similar technologies. 4.3. Facebook
