When registering and using our services

When signing up to use the Flexperto software, Flexperto will ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number and address.

The email address is used to send notifications to you with regards to important events within the software, such as appointment bookings from customers. In addition, we will send you further information about the Flexperto software such as announcements, information, instructions, etc. at regular intervals. 2.3.    Information about the use of the Flexperto software

If you are logged in to Flexperto, the Flexperto server automatically records data about how you use Flexperto in a so-called activity log. Information about the activity (incl. used storage space, number of logins, etc.) as well as statistical data (such as browser, date and time of access, cookie ID and referrer URL) and your IP address are collected.


2.4.    Storage of cookies on your computer

For easy and convenient use of the website, Flexperto uses cookies. When you visit one of’s websites, Flexperto’s servers send a cookie to your computer. Cookies are small text files that are usually stored on your computer for the duration of the current session, i.e. until you close your browser, but in some cases even longer. If it serves to clarify illegal website use or is necessary for legal prosecution, personal data is forwarded to law enforcement authorities and, if necessary, to third parties, for example technological service providers for the evaluation of the data or service providers for legal discussion of the specific case. 4.3. Facebook
